Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

By visiting, registering with, or using PHModer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. A deposit is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest. PHModer may require deposited funds to be used for genuine play before withdrawal where necessary to prevent payment abuse, money laundering, or fraud. This does not remove your right to stop playing or use responsible gaming controls.

Withdrawal requests are subject to available balance, completed verification, payment checks, bonus conditions, and applicable limits. Processing descriptions are estimates rather than guarantees. Sports betting, games, and settlement

A wager becomes valid only when PHModer accepts it and records it in your account history. Adding a selection to a betslip does not reserve an odd or guarantee acceptance. Prices, lines, and markets may change before submission, particularly during live events.

You must check the participant, competition, market, selection, odds, stake, and potential return before confirming a PHModer wager. Once accepted, a wager usually cannot be edited or cancelled unless a specific cash-out or cancellation function is available.

Sports markets are settled according to the official result and the rules applicable to that market. Post-event changes, disciplinary decisions, or statistical corrections may not alter a PHModer settlement after the result has been confirmed, except where the displayed rules require a correction.

If an event is postponed, abandoned, interrupted, shortened, or moved, PHModer will apply the relevant sport and market rules. Different rules can apply to moneylines, totals, handicaps, player markets, round markets, outrights, and live betting.

Casino and card-style games are governed by their displayed instructions, paytables, technical rules, and eligible return information. A connection interruption does not automatically cancel completed PHModer game activity. The server record may be used to determine the result when a device display differs from the recorded outcome.

PHModer may correct an obvious pricing, market, display, or settlement error. Where a wager was accepted at a price that was clearly incorrect, PHModer may void it, settle it at the correct price, or take another reasonable action permitted by the relevant rules.

Only one person, household, device, payment method, or network may be permitted to claim an offer where the promotion says so. Creating duplicate PHModer accounts, coordinating claims, using opposite wagers, or structuring play mainly to extract bonus value may be treated as promotion abuse.

PHModer may withhold, remove, or recalculate a bonus and related winnings when eligibility conditions were not met or abuse is reasonably identified. Real-money deposits that are not connected with prohibited activity will be handled according to applicable payment and account rules.

Prohibited activity and fair use

You must use PHModer honestly and only for personal entertainment. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, identity misuse, payment abuse, collusion, market manipulation, insider betting, account sharing, automated scraping, unauthorised software, exploitation of technical defects, and attempts to disrupt the service.

Account closure does not erase a valid obligation or prevent PHModer from correcting an error, settling an accepted wager, reviewing prohibited activity, or preserving records required for security and compliance purposes.

If PHModer closes an account without a finding of prohibited conduct, the remaining withdrawable balance will ordinarily be returned after required checks. Bonus funds, unsettled activity, disputed payments, or amounts linked to a breach may receive different treatment under the applicable rules.

Responsible gaming and player wellbeing
